It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John “Jack” Hamilton, who died peacefully at the Mater hospital on 20th August.

Beloved husband of the late Lucy Hamilton, son of the late Robert and Grace Hamilton and brother to the late Joe Hamilton.

Jack will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by his friends and family, especially his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Robert, Dolores, Brendan and Gráinne.

Jack will be reposing at his home, 6 Altcar Court Belfast, from Monday morning until his Requiem mass on Tuesday 25th August at 10am in St Matthews Chapel followed by burial in City Cemetery.

Jack’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
