It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Joseph (Joe) ‘Hannibal’ Hayes who died peacefully at the Mater hospital, Belfast surrounded by his loving family, July 23, 2026 RIP
Late of 22 New Lodge Place, Belfast

Joe’s remains will be reposing in his nephew Gary’s home, 217 New Lodge Road, Belfast BT 15 2BY
Joe will then leave at 10.30am on Monday morning to arrive at Saint Patrick’s Church, Donegall Street, Belfast for 11.30am Requiem Mass, continuing afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for 1.20pm
Joe will be forever loved and missed always by his heartbroken family and friends.
