We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Gerard Hunter on 24th August 2026 at the NI Hospice surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved father of Christopher, Philip, Maria, Claire, Ryan and the late Stephen and cherished Granda to his many grandchildren.

Gerard will be deeply missed by his heartbroken children, daughters in law, son in law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Gerard will be reposing at his home in 5 North Green from Tuesday afternoon for all those wishing to pay their respects.

He will then leave on Saturday 29th August at 12.30pm for requiem mass in St. Agnes’ Church at 1pm followed by burial.
