It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David (Davey) McLeish, who passed away peacefully on 16th August 2026 at the Mater Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Patricia, devoted father of David, Ciara, Nicola, Charlene and Fionnuala, and a much-loved father-in-law to their partners.

Cherished Papa to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Davey will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his entire family circle and by all who knew and loved him.

Davey’s remains will repose at his family home, 1 Sheridan Court, from 5pm onwards on Tuesday 18th August.

His Requiem Mass will be held on Friday 21st August 2026 at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Church, Donegall Street, followed by cremation at Roselawn Crematorium at 1.20pm.
